The espresso is not coming through properly. What's the reason? Making an espresso takes about 25 seconds. Coffee is a natural product, so the preparation time can vary. We always recommend using our product Oscar 90 (to prevent limescale) and regularly descaling the coffee machine. Please also check the filter plate for residue and remove it if necessary. First, switch off the machine.
